Is it a time for you yourselves to dwell in your cieled houses, while this house lieth waste?


Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out devils: freely ye received, freely give.


I coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel.


In all things I gave you an example, how that so labouring ye ought to help the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.


But Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and they shall carry thee out.


For I verily, being absent in body but present in spirit, have already, as though I were present, judged him that hath so wrought this thing,


For though I am absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.
