None of his righteous deeds that he hath done shall be remembered: in his trespass that he hath trespassed, and in his sin that he hath sinned, in them shall he die.


And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he pervert by flatteries: but the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.


And when he is come, he findeth it swept and garnished.


For I know thy rebellion, and thy stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been rebellious against the LORD; and how much more after my death?


Yea, I will give diligence that at every time ye may be able after my decease to call these things to remembrance.


And it came to pass, as soon as Gideon was dead, that the children of Israel turned again, and went a whoring after the Baalim, and made Baal-berith their god.
