And he said unto them, Unto you is given the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables:


Render to no man evil for evil. Take thought for things honourable in the sight of all men.


Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in revelling and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and jealousy.


Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have whereof to give to him that hath need.


Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honourable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.


Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.


Moreover he must have good testimony from them that are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.
