Which imagine mischiefs in their heart; Continually do they gather themselves together for war.


He deviseth iniquity upon his bed; He setteth himself in a way that is not good; He abhorreth not evil.


How long will ye set upon a man, That ye may slay him, all of you, Like a bowing wall, like a tottering fence?


Behold, he travaileth with iniquity; Yea, he hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.


Where no wise guidance is, the people falleth: But in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.


He that diligently seeketh good seeketh favour: But he that searcheth after mischief, it shall come unto him.


For their heart studieth oppression, And their lips talk of mischief.


Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth evil continually; He soweth discord.


And as for both these kings, their hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table: but it shall not prosper; for yet the end shall be at the time appointed.
