Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in a holy place: it is most holy.


As is the sin offering, so is the guilt offering: there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith, he shall have it.

What then shall we say that Abraham, our forefather according to the flesh, hath found?

Know ye not that they which minister about sacred things eat of the things of the temple, and they which wait upon the altar have their portion with the altar?


And as many as shall walk by this rule, peace be upon them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.


Thou mayest not eat within thy gates the tithe of thy corn, or of thy wine, or of thine oil, or the firstlings of thy herd or of thy flock, nor any of thy vows which thou vowest, nor thy freewill offerings, nor the heave offering of thine hand:


We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
