“But take heed to yourselves; for they will deliver you up to councils; and you will be beaten in synagogues; and you will stand before governors and kings for my sake, to bear testimony before them.


And he strictly ordered them not to make him known.


And he strictly charged them that no one should know this, and told them to give her something to eat.


And if any place will not receive you and they refuse to hear you, when you leave, shake off the dust that is on your feet for a testimony against them.”


And he charged them to tell no one; but the more he charged them, the more zealously they proclaimed it.

And as they were coming down the mountain, he charged them to tell no one what they had seen, until the Son of man should have risen from the dead.

And he charged him to tell no one; but “go and show yourself to the priest, and make an offering for your cleansing, as Moses commanded, for a proof to the people.”


And her parents were amazed; but he charged them to tell no one what had happened.


But he charged and commanded them to tell this to no one,


I do not receive glory from men.


He who speaks on his own authority seeks his own glory; but he who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and in him there is no falsehood.


Yet I do not seek my own glory; there is One who seeks it and he will be the judge.
