And Jesus said to him, “See that you say nothing to any one; but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a proof to the people.”


And he strictly charged them that no one should know this, and told them to give her something to eat.


And he charged them to tell no one; but the more he charged them, the more zealously they proclaimed it.


So they kept the matter to themselves, questioning what the rising from the dead meant.


And suddenly looking around they no longer saw any one with them but Jesus only.


and said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead,


And when the voice had spoken, Jesus was found alone. And they kept silence and told no one in those days anything of what they had seen.
