And hearken thou to the supplication of thy servant and of thy people Israel, when they pray toward this place; yea, hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place; and when thou hearest, forgive.


and call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me.”


When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will rescue him and honor him.


In those days Hezekiah became sick and was at the point of death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came to him, and said to him, “Thus says the Lord: Set your house in order; for you shall die, you shall not recover.”


and said, “Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in faithfulness and with a whole heart, and have done what is good in thy sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.


But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
