The Lord's curse is on the house of the wicked, but he blesses the abode of the righteous.


And seeing a fig tree by the wayside he went to it, and found nothing on it but leaves only. And he said to it, “May no fruit ever come from you again!” And the fig tree withered at once.


But you are not to be called rabbi, for you have one teacher, and you are all brethren.


Meanwhile the disciples besought him, saying, “Rabbi, eat.”
