I of thy testimonies have above all things made choice, To be my heritage for aye; for they my heart rejoice.

Therefore thy precepts more I love than gold, yea, gold most fine.

More joy thy testimonies' way than riches all me gave.

I at thy word rejoice, as one of spoil that finds great store.

They more than gold, yea, much fine gold, to be desired are: Than honey, honey from the comb that droppeth, sweeter far.

Moreover, they thy servant warn how he his life should frame: A great reward provided is for them that keep the same.
