Luke 23:12 - Plain English Version

¹² You know, before that day Herod and Pilate didn’t like each other, but on that day they became friends. (We have not yet translated 23:13-26. You can read those stories in Mark 15:6-15, 21. They say that Pilate told his soldiers to nail Jesus to a cross to kill him, and those soldiers started to take Jesus to the place to do that.)
