They shall celebrate the fame of your abundant goodness and shall sing aloud of your righteousness.


One thing I asked of the Lord; this I seek: to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to inquire in his temple.


O how abundant is your goodness that you have laid up for those who fear you and accomplished for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of everyone!


How precious is your steadfast love, O God! All people may take refuge in the shadow of your wings.


You are the most handsome of men; grace is poured upon your lips; therefore God has blessed you forever.


Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God shines forth.


But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.


For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call on you.


Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us and prosper for us the work of our hands— O prosper the work of our hands!


Who is like you, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like you, majestic in holiness, awesome in splendor, doing wonders?


My beloved is all radiant and ruddy, distinguished among ten thousand.


and your kisses like the best wine that goes down smoothly, gliding over lips and teeth.


Your eyes will see the king in his beauty; they will behold a land that stretches far away.


Look down from heaven and see, from your holy and glorious habitation. Where are your zeal and your might? Your great pity and your compassion are withheld from me.


I will recount the gracious deeds of the Lord, the praiseworthy acts of the Lord, because of all that the Lord has done for us and the great favor to the house of Israel that he has shown them according to his mercy, according to the abundance of his steadfast love.


They shall come and sing aloud on the height of Zion, and they shall be radiant over the goodness of the Lord, over the grain, the wine, and the oil, and over the young of the flock and the herd; their life shall become like a watered garden, and they shall never languish again.


I will give the priests their fill of fatness, and my people shall be satisfied with my bounty, says the Lord.


You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you. And my people shall never again be put to shame.


In that day the mountains shall drip sweet wine, the hills shall flow with milk, and all the streambeds of Judah shall flow with water; a fountain shall come forth from the house of the Lord and water the Wadi Shittim.


And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father’s only son, full of grace and truth.


“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.


But law came in, so that the trespass might increase, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more,


But God proves his love for us in that while we still were sinners Christ died for us.
