Yet the righteous hold to their way, and they who have clean hands grow stronger and stronger.


So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels.


The wicked are overthrown by their evildoing, but the righteous find a refuge in their integrity.


But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, which shines brighter and brighter until full day.


When clouds are full, they empty rain on the earth; whether a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it will lie.


But when I speak with you, I will open your mouth, and you shall say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God’; let those who will hear, hear, and let those who refuse to hear, refuse, for they are a rebellious house.


Many shall be purified, cleansed, and refined, but the wicked shall continue to act wickedly. None of the wicked shall understand, but those who are wise shall understand.

so that you may be children of your Father in heaven, for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.

But wicked people and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving others and being deceived.


Now to him who is able to keep you from falling and to make you stand without blemish in the presence of his glory with rejoicing,


and huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, dropped from heaven on people, until they cursed God for the plague of the hail, so fearful was that plague.


Nothing accursed will be found there any more. But the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and his servants will worship him;
