Great peace have those who love your law; nothing can make them stumble.


They will abide in prosperity, and their children shall possess the land.


They feast on the abundance of your house, and you give them drink from the river of your delights.


In his days may righteousness flourish and peace abound, until the moon is no more.


Those of steadfast mind you keep in peace, in peace because they trust in you.


O that you had paid attention to my commandments! Then your prosperity would have been like a river and your success like the waves of the sea;


When you cry out, let your collection of idols deliver you! The wind will carry them off; a breath will take them away. But whoever takes refuge in me shall possess the land and inherit my holy mountain.


“Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.


Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.


You must follow exactly the path that the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live and that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land that you are to possess.


And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.


But as for you, man of God, shun all this; pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, gentleness.


Therefore rid yourselves of all sordidness and rank growth of wickedness, and welcome with meekness the implanted word that has the power to save your souls.


Who is wise and knowledgeable among you? Show by your good life that your works are done with gentleness born of wisdom.
