Indeed, the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing until it divides soul from spirit, joints from marrow; it is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.


I cried aloud to him, and he was extolled with my tongue.


In his right hand he held seven stars, and from his mouth came a sharp, two-edged sword, and his face was like the sun shining with full force.


Then I heard what seemed to be the voice of a great multitude, like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty thunderpeals, crying out, “Hallelujah! For the Lord God the Almighty reigns.

They have hands, but they do not feel; they have feet, but they do not walk; they make no sound in their throats.


Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, for all his works are truth, and his ways are justice; he is able to bring low those who walk in pride.


Ehud made for himself a sword with two edges, a cubit in length, and he fastened it on his right thigh under his clothes.


Those who have been saved shall go up to Mount Zion to rule Mount Esau, and the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.
