We who are strong ought to put up with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves.


Brothers and sisters, do not be children in your thinking; rather, be infants in evil, but in thinking be adults.


Yet among the mature we do speak wisdom, though it is not a wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are being destroyed.


I am confident about you in the Lord that you will not think otherwise. But whoever it is that is confusing you will pay the penalty.


that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation as you come to know him,


It is he whom we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone in all wisdom, so that we may present everyone mature in Christ.


Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, greets you. He is always striving in his prayers on your behalf, so that you may stand mature and fully assured in everything that God wills.


Now concerning love of the brothers and sisters, you do not need to have anyone write to you, for you yourselves have been taught by God to love one another,


so that the person of God may be proficient, equipped for every good work.


But solid food is for the mature, for those whose faculties have been trained by practice to distinguish good from evil.
