19 So they said, “Look, the yearly festival of the Lord is taking place at Shiloh, which is north of Bethel, on the east of the highway that goes up from Bethel to Shechem and south of Lebonah.”

“On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you shall have a holy convocation; you shall not work at your occupations. You shall celebrate a festival to the Lord seven days.


After this there was a festival of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.


Now the Jewish Festival of Booths was near.


“Observe the month of Abib by keeping the Passover to the Lord your God, for in the month of Abib the Lord your God brought you out of Egypt by night.


Then you shall keep the Festival of Weeks to the Lord your God, contributing a freewill offering in proportion to the blessing that you have received from the Lord your God.


“You shall keep the Festival of Booths for seven days, when you have gathered in the produce from your threshing floor and your winepress.


Then the whole congregation of the Israelites assembled at Shiloh and set up the tent of meeting there. The land lay subdued before them.


So they maintained as their own Micah’s idol that he had made, as long as the house of God was at Shiloh.


And they instructed the Benjaminites, saying, “Go and lie in wait in the vineyards


Now this man used to go up year by year from his town to worship and to sacrifice to the Lord of hosts at Shiloh, where the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were priests of the Lord.
