This is how you shall eat it: your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand, and you shall eat it hurriedly. It is the Passover of the Lord.


In the first month, from the evening of the fourteenth day until the evening of the twenty-first day, you shall eat unleavened bread.


You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of this month; then the whole assembled congregation of Israel shall slaughter it at twilight.


But the army of the Chaldeans pursued them and overtook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho, and when they had taken him, they brought him up to King Nebuchadrezzar of Babylon, at Riblah, in the land of Hamath, and he passed sentence on him.


for they are a rebellious house. Therefore, mortal, prepare for yourself an exile’s baggage, and go into exile by day in their sight; you shall go like an exile from your place to another place in their sight. Perhaps they will understand, though they are a rebellious house.


In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, there shall be a Passover offering to the Lord,


O my people, remember now what King Balak of Moab devised, what Balaam son of Beor answered him, and what happened from Shittim to Gilgal, that you may know the saving acts of the Lord.”


The people came up out of the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and they camped in Gilgal on the east border of Jericho.


On the day after the Passover, on that very day, they ate the produce of the land, unleavened cakes and roasted grain.


They went to Joshua in the camp at Gilgal and said to him and to the Israelites, “We have come from a far country, so now make a treaty with us.”


He went on a circuit year by year to Bethel, Gilgal, and Mizpah, and he judged Israel in all these places.
