Who declared it from the beginning, so that we might know, and beforehand, so that we might say, “He is right”? There was no one who declared it, none who proclaimed, none who heard your words.


See, the former things have come to pass, and new things I now declare; before they spring forth, I tell you of them.


Who is like me? Let them proclaim it; let them declare and set it forth before me. Who has announced from of old the things to come? Let them tell us what is yet to be.


Declare and present your case; take counsel together! Who told this long ago? Who declared it of old? Was it not I, the Lord? There is no other god besides me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is no one besides me.


Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.

The former things I declared long ago; they went out from my mouth, and I made them known; then suddenly I did them, and they came to pass.


I tell you this now, before it occurs, so that when it does occur you may believe that I am he.


He will glorify me because he will take what is mine and declare it to you.
