These things I remember, as I pour out my soul: how I went with the throng and led them in procession to the house of God, with glad shouts and songs of thanksgiving, a multitude keeping festival.


Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise him, my help


You will say on that day: “I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, and you comforted me.


For you have forgotten God your Savior and have not remembered the Rock of your refuge; therefore, though you plant pleasant gardens and set out branches of a foreign god,


Many peoples shall come and say, “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.” For out of Zion shall go forth instruction and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.


On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; he sets up walls and bulwarks as a safeguard.


Trust in the Lord forever, for in the Lord God you have an everlasting rock.


his breath is like an overflowing stream that reaches up to the neck— to sift the nations with the sieve of destruction and to place on the jaws of the peoples a bridle that leads them astray.


And the Lord will cause his majestic voice to be heard and the descending blow of his arm to be seen, in furious anger and a flame of devouring fire, with a cloudburst and tempest and hailstones.


Do not fear or be afraid; have I not told you from of old and declared it? You are my witnesses! Is there any god besides me? There is no other rock; I know not one.
