Know that the Lord is God. It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.


May you be blessed by the Lord, who made heaven and earth.


The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.


On that day Israel will be the third party with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth,


And on that day a great trumpet will be blown, and those who were lost in the land of Assyria and those who were driven out to the land of Egypt will come and worship the Lord on the holy mountain at Jerusalem.


For when he sees his children, the work of my hands, in his midst, they will sanctify my name; they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.


Thus says the Lord, the Holy One of Israel and its Maker: Will you question me about my children or command me concerning the work of my hands?


Thus says the Lord: The wealth of Egypt and the merchandise of Cush and the Sabeans, tall of stature, shall come over to you and be yours; they shall follow you; they shall come over in chains and bow down to you. They will make supplication to you, saying, “God is with you alone, and there is no other; there is no god besides him.”


Your people shall all be righteous; they shall possess the land forever. They are the shoot that I planted, the work of my hands, so that I might be glorified.


Their descendants shall be known among the nations and their offspring among the peoples; all who see them shall acknowledge that they are a people whom the Lord has blessed.


Why, O Lord, do you let us stray from your ways and let our heart harden, so that we do not fear you? Turn back for the sake of your servants, the tribes that are your heritage.


Yet, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand.


They shall not labor in vain or bear children for calamity, for they shall be offspring blessed by the Lord— and their descendants as well.


The portion of Jacob is not like these, for he is the one who formed all things, and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance; the Lord of hosts is his name.


I brought you into a plentiful land to eat its fruits and its good things. But when you entered you defiled my land and made my heritage an abomination.


and I will sow him for myself in the land. And I will have pity on Lo-ruhamah, and I will say to Lo-ammi, “You are my people,” and he shall say, “You are my God.”


Just as you have been a cursing among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not be afraid, but let your hands be strong.”


Now Balaam saw that it pleased the Lord to bless Israel, so he did not go, as at other times, to look for omens but set his face toward the wilderness.


The Lord bless you and keep you;


“So they shall put my name on the Israelites, and I will bless them.”


Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of gentiles also? Yes, of gentiles also,


For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision is anything, but a new creation is everything!


Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,


For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we may walk in them.


the Lord’s own portion was his people, Jacob his allotted share.


I am confident of this, that the one who began a good work in you will continue to complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.


Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
