The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.


Have they no knowledge, all the evildoers who eat up my people as they eat bread and do not call upon the Lord?


There was once a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job. That man was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil.


And Abimelech said to Abraham, “What were you thinking, that you did this thing?”


Besides, she is indeed my sister, the daughter of my father but not the daughter of my mother, and she became my wife.
