But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and all the domestic animals that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind blow over the earth, and the waters subsided;


The battle spread over the face of all the country, and the forest claimed more victims that day than the sword.


And you divided the sea before them, so that they passed through the sea on dry land, but you threw their pursuers into the depths like a stone into mighty waters.


He it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth; he makes lightnings for the rain and brings out the wind from his storehouses.


He sends out his word and melts them; he makes his wind blow, and the waters flow.


Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea. The Lord drove the sea back by a strong east wind all night and turned the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.


The floods covered them; they went down into the depths like a stone.

Give Pharaoh, king of Egypt, the name “Braggart who missed his chance.”


For the one who forms the mountains, creates the wind, reveals his thoughts to mortals, makes the morning darkness, and treads on the heights of the earth— the Lord, the God of hosts, is his name!
