Then you spoke in a vision to your faithful one and said, “I have set the crown on one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen from the people.


“At that time I said to you, ‘I am unable by myself to bear you.


You will surely wear yourself out, both you and these people with you, for the task is too heavy for you; you cannot do it alone.


May the Lord, the God of your ancestors, increase you a thousand times more and bless you, as he has promised you!


Choose for each of your tribes individuals who are wise, discerning, and reputable, and I will make them your leaders.’
