He turns a desert into pools of water, a parched land into springs of water.


As they go through the valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs; the early rain also covers it with pools.


I will be standing there in front of you on the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it, so that the people may drink.” Moses did so, in the sight of the elders of Israel.


They did not thirst when he led them through the deserts; he made water flow for them from the rock; he split open the rock, and the water gushed out.
