2 Chronicles 13:11 - New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition 2021

11 They offer to the Lord every morning and every evening burnt offerings and fragrant incense, set out the rows of bread on the table of pure gold, and care for the golden lampstand so that its lamps may burn every evening, for we keep the charge of the Lord our God, but you have abandoned him.

Moses said to Aaron, “Take your censer, put fire on it from the altar and lay incense on it and carry it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them. For wrath has gone out from the Lord; the plague has begun.”


Do this: take censers, Korah and all your congregation,


Even when the cloud continued over the tabernacle many days, the Israelites would keep the charge of the Lord and would not set out.


he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to enter the sanctuary of the Lord to offer incense.
