I will break the Assyrian in my land and on my mountains trample him under foot; his yoke shall be removed from them and his burden from their shoulders.


Seek the Lord and live, or he will break out against the house of Joseph like fire, and it will devour Bethel, with no one to quench it.


I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph. I will bring them back because I have compassion on them, and they shall be as though I had not rejected them, for I am the Lord their God, and I will answer them.


For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”


But how can I bear the heavy burden of your disputes all by myself?


They shall divide it into seven portions, Judah continuing in its territory on the south and the house of Joseph in their territory on the north.
