And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.


And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled their ministry, and took with them John, whose surname was Mark.


Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphyl´i-a: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem.

that ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succorer of many, and of myself also.


Salute Andron´icus and Ju´ni-a, my kinsmen, and my fellow prisoners, who are of note among the apostles, who also were in Christ before me.


Only Luke is with me. Take Mark, and bring him with thee: for he is profitable to me for the ministry.


There salute thee Ep´aphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus;


Mark, Aristar´chus, Demas, Luke, my fellow laborers.


The church that is at Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you; and so doth Mark my son.
