And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.


But all this was done, that the Scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.


So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.


No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.


Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphyl´i-a: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem.


But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphyl´i-a, and went not with them to the work.


Now when they had gone throughout Phryg´i-a and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in Asia,


Now when they had passed through Amphip´olis and Apollo´ni-a, they came to Thessaloni´ca, where was a synagogue of the Jews:


These were more noble than those in Thessaloni´ca, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the Scriptures daily, whether those things were so.


But when the Jews of Thessaloni´ca had knowledge that the word of God was preached of Paul at Beroe´a, they came thither also, and stirred up the people.


And after he had spent some time there, he departed, and went over all the country of Galatia and Phryg´i-a in order, strengthening all the disciples.


I had no rest in my spirit, because I found not Titus my brother; but taking my leave of them, I went from thence into Macedo´nia.


Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;


But thanks be to God, which put the same earnest care into the heart of Titus for you.


Whether any do inquire of Titus, he is my partner and fellow helper concerning you: or our brethren be inquired of, they are the messengers of the churches, and the glory of Christ.


Insomuch that we desired Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also finish in you the same grace also.


and all the brethren which are with me. Unto the churches of Galatia:


For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ's.


For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.


Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;


This thou knowest, that all they which are in Asia be turned away from me; of whom are Phygel´lus and Hermog´enes.


At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me: I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge.


To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.


Mark, Aristar´chus, Demas, Luke, my fellow laborers.


which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Ba´laam the son of Be´or, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;
