who, arriving and seeing the grace of God, was glad, and encouraged them all with purpose of heart to continue with the Lord,


And a vision appeared during the night to Paul. A certain man of Macedonia was standing, urging him, and saying, "Come across to Macedonia and help us."


And after many years I arrived to bring alms and offerings to my nation,


For Macedonia and Achaia thought it good to make some contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.


But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than them all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.


and when I was present with you, and in need, I did not burden anyone; for the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied my need. And in everything I kept myself from being a burden to you, and so I will keep myself.


Because the ministry of this service not only is supplying the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God,


for I know your readiness, about which I boast concerning you to the Macedonians, that Achaia has been prepared since last year, and your zeal has provoked the majority.


lest perhaps if [some] Macedonians come with me and find you unprepared, we (not to mention you!) should be ashamed of this confident boasting.


To me, the very least of all the saints, this grace was given, to preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,


for which I also labor, striving according to His working which is working in me with power.


For indeed you do so toward all the brothers in all Macedonia. But we exhort you, brothers, that you increase more and more,
