1 Doth not the ear discern words, and the palate of him that eateth, the taste?


3 If I wait hell is my house, and I have made my bed in darkness.


2 They take the timbrel, and the harp, and rejoice at the sound of the organ.


Is there any numbering of his soldiers? and upon whom shall not his light arise?


2 Arise, O Lord God, let thy hand be exalted: forget not the poor.


Cease from anger, and leave rage; have no emulation to do evil.


4 The wicked have drawn out the sword : they have bent their bow. To cast down the poor and needy, to kill the upright of heart.
