He, that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches: To him, that overcometh, I will give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of my God.


He that shall overcome shall possess these things, and I will be his God; and he shall be my son.


1 And he said to him: If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they believe, if one rise again from the dead.


3 And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?


7 That made the world a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof, that opened not the prison to his prisoners?


7 But for the wrath of the enemies I have deferred it: lest perhaps their enemies might be proud, and should say: Our mighty hand, and not the Lord, hath done all these things.


1 Behold, I tell you a mystery. We shall all indeed rise again: but we shall not all be changed.


1 And the priest shall offer one for sin, and the other for a holocaust, and shall pray for him, for that he hath sinned by the dead: and he shall sanctify his head that day :


3 If a stranger dwell in your land, and abide among you, do not upbraid him :


2 And when it was day, going out he went into a desert place, and the multitudes sought him, and came unto him: and they stayed him that he should not depart from them.


0 All the sinners of my people shall fall by the sword: who say: The evils shall not approach, and shall not come upon us.


And I lifted up my eyes, and I saw: and behold a man clothed in linen, and his loins were girded with the finest gold:


2 Woe to you that are mighty to drink wine, and stout men at drunkenness.


7 Let the milk of the goats be enough for thy food, and for the necessities of thy house, and for maintenance for thy handmaids.


8 A passionate man stirreth up strifes: he that is patient appeaseth those that are stirred up.


5 My bone is not hidden from thee, which thou hast made in secret: and my substance in the lower parts of the earth.


The sinner hath provoked the Lord according to the multitude of his wrath he will not seek him:


3 Rut thou hast hardened thy heart, and hast spread thy hands to him.
