In the beginning God created heaven, and earth.


He that worketh pride shall not dwell in the midst of my house: he that speaketh unjust things did not prosper before my eyes.


and I called upon the name of the Lord. O Lord, deliver my soul.

3 The Lord hath looked from heaven: he hath beheld all the sons of men.

2 And he hath confirmed his words which he spoke against us, and against our princes that judged us, that he would bring in upon us a great evil, such as never was under all the heaven, according to that which hath been done in Jerusalem.


But with a flood that passeth by, he will make an utter end of the place thereof: and darkness shall pursue his enemies.


1 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.


2 But all things whatsoever John said of this man, were true. And many believed in him.


3 And when they had ordained to them priests in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, in whom they believed.


4 Blessed shalt thou be among all people. No one shall be barren among you of either sex, neither of men nor cattle.


5 Whereof I am made a minister according to the dispensation of God, which is given me towards you, that I may fulfil the word of God:


1 Who must be reproved, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.


And without all contradiction, that which is less, is blessed by the better.


6 And he that sat on the cloud thrust his sickle into the earth, and the earth was reaped.
