Turn, O my soul, into thy rest: for the Lord hath been bountiful to thee.


Deep calleth on deep, at the noise of thy flood-gates. All thy heights and thy billows have passed over me.


8 But there is a God in heaven that revealeth mysteries, who hath shewn to thee, O king Nabuchodonosor, what is to come to pass in the latter times. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these:


Now that he ascended, what is it, but because he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth?


And behold a pale horse, and he that sat upon him, his name was Death, and hell followed him. And power was given to him over the four parts of the earth, to kill with sword, with famine, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
