2 And when they began to sing praises, the Lord turned their ambushments upon themselves, that is to say, of the children of Ammon, and of Moab, and of mount Seir, who were come out to fight against Juda, and they were slain.


1 The innocent and the upright have adhered to me: because I have waited on thee.


Preserve my soul, for I am holy: save thy servant, O my God, that trusteth in thee.


6 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch forth thy hand over the sea, and divide it: that the children of Israel may go through the midst of the sea on dry ground.


8 Thou are spent with foolish labour, both thou and this people that is with thee: the business is above thy strength, thou alone canst not bear it.


For thou art not sent to a people of a profound speech, and of an unknown tongue, but to the house of Israel:


5 And thou, O son of man, behold they shall put bands upon thee, and they shall bind thee with them: and thou shalt not go forth from the midst of them.


7 He that striketh and killeth a man, dying let him die.


9 That when they shall see them, they may remember all the commandments of the Lord, and not follow their own thoughts and eyes going astray after divers things,


0 And if he have no brethren, you shall give the inheritance to his father's brethren.


2 They shall not leave any thing thereof until morning, a nor break a bone thereof, they shall observe all the ceremonies of the phase.


4 The sojourner also and the stranger if they be among you, shall make the phase to the Lord according to the ceremonies and justifications thereof. The same ordinance shall be with you both for the stranger, and for him that was born in the land.


6 They are not of the world, as I also am not of the world.


5 Some therefore of Jerusalem said: Is not this he whom they seek to kill?


5 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring you ought to support the weak, and to remember the word of the Lord Jesus, how he said: It is a more blessed thing to give, rather than to receive.


2 But whilst we are judged, we are chastised by the Lord, that we be not condemned with this world.


3 We are blasphemed, and we entreat; we are made as the refuse of this world, the offscouring of all even until now.
