In the three and twentieth year of Joas son of Ochozias king of Juda, Joachaz the son of Jehu reigned over Israel in Samaria, seventeen years.


And the people blessed all the men that willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.


And he brought me to the gate that looked towards the east.


And you shall appoint the possession of the city five thousand broad, and five and twenty thousand long, according to the separation of the sanctuary, for the whole house of Israel.


Say to the children of Israel: These are the animals which you are to eat of all the living things of the earth.


5 Pouring oil upon it and putting on frankincense, because it is the oblation of the Lord.


6 Lest perhaps they bear the iniquity of their trespass, when they shall have eaten the sanctified things. I am the Lord who sanctify them.


2 If the daughter of a priest be married to any of the people, she shall not eat of those things that are sanctified, nor of the firstfruits.


7 And if any one of the people of the land shall sin through ignorance, doing any of those things that by the law of the Lord are forbidden, and offending,


2 But if he offer of the flock a victim for his sin, to wit, an ewe without blemish:


And offer of the flocks an ewe lamb, or a she goat, and the priest shall pray for him and for his sin:


1 And if his hand be not able to offer two turtles, or two young pigeons, he shall offer for his sin the tenth part of an ephi of flour. He shall not put oil upon it, nor put any frankincense thereon, because it is for sin:


2 And the priest that rightfully succeedeth his father, shall offer it hot, for a most sweet odour to the Lord, and it shall be wholly burnt on the altar.


4 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:


And the priest shall burn them upon the altar: it is the burnt sacrifice of the Lord for a trespass.


Every male of the priestly race, shall eat this flesh in a holy place, because it is most holy.


1 This is the law of the sacrifice of peace offerings that is offered to the Lord.


2 If the oblation be for thanksgiving, they shall offer leaves without leaven tempered with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and fine flour fried, and cakes tempered and mingled with oil:


5 Whatsoever is firstborn of all flesh, which they offer to the Lord, whether it be of men, or of beasts, shall belong to thee: only for the firstborn of man thou shalt take a price, and every beast that is unclean thou shalt cause to be redeemed,


If a Levite go out of any one of the cities throughout all Israel, in which he dwelleth, and have a longing mind to come to the place which the Lord shall choose,
