3 Am I, think ye, a God at hand, saith the Lord, and not a God afar off?


3 And they shall teach my people the difference between holy and profane, and shew them how to discern between clean and unclean.


4 And when there shall be a controversy, they shall stand in my judgments, and shall judge: they shall keep my laws, and my ordinances in all my solemnities, and sanctify my sabbaths.


1 And may teach the children of Israel all my ordinances which the Lord hath spoken to them by the hand of Moses.


Every sabbath they shall be changed before the Lord, being received of the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant:


1 And he shall pass over the strait of the sea, and shall strike the waves in the sea, and all the depths of the river shall be confounded, and the pride of Assyria shall be humbled, and the sceptre of Egypt shall depart.


And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:


And the whole sum of the fighting men of his stock, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.


And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:


These therefore shalt thou take of the things that are sanctified, and are offered to the Lord. Every offering, and sacrifice, and whatsoever is rendered to me for sin and for trespass, and becometh holy of holies, shall be for thee and thy sons.


3 From thirty Sears old and upward, unto fifty years old. Number them all that go in and minister in the tabernacle of the covenant.


4 This is the law of the Levites: From twenty-five years old and upwards, they shall go in to minister in the tabernacle of the covenant.


According to this rite: Let them be sprinkled with the water of purification, and let them shave all the hairs of their flesh. And when they shall have washed their garments, and are cleansed,


Whereunto I am appointed a preacher and an apostle, (I say the truth, I lie not,) a doctor of the Gentiles in faith and truth.


For bodily exercise is profitable to little: but godliness is profitable to all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.


Conflicts of men corrupted in mind, and who are destitute of the truth, supposing gain to be godliness.


Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but labour with the gospel, according to the power of God,
