3 And when he had eaten and drunk, he saddled his ass for the prophet, whom he had brought back.


9 So Sophonias the priest read this letter, in the hearing of Jeremias the prophet.


And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst his bands: and strangers shall no more rule over him:


And some of the ancients of Israel came to me, and sat before me.


For every man of the house of Israel, and every stranger among the proselytes in Israel, if he separate himself from me, and place his idols in his heart, and set the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and come to the prophet to inquire of me by him: I the Lord will answer him by myself.


Son of man, there were two women, daughters of one mother.


And their names were Oolla the elder, and Ooliba her younger sister: and I took them, and they bore sons and daughters. Now for their names, Samaria is Oolla, and Jerusalem is Ooliba.


2 And he shall lay his hand upon the lands: and the land of Egypt shall not escape.


And I will make her that halted, a remnant: and her that hath been afflicted, a mighty nation: and the Lord will reign over them in mount Sion, from this time now and for ever.


Then the Lord shall go forth, and shall fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.


5 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the goodman of the house Beelzebub, how much more them of his household?


9 And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose upon earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven.


4 But they said: Some John the Baptist, and other some Elias, and others Jeremias, or one of the prophets.


9 And woe to them that are with child, and that give suck in those days.


2 Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy name?


3 The life is more than the meat, and the body is more than the raiment.


4 And if you lend to them of whom you hope to receive, what thanks are to you? for sinners also lend to sinners, for to receive as much.


0 And many of them said: He hath a devil, and is mad: why hear you him?


8 And the Gentiles hearing it, were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to life everlasting, believed.


4 But they passing through Perge, came to Antioch in Pisidia: and entering into the synagogue on the sabbath day, they sat down.


3 And to his dissimulation the rest of the Jews consented, so that Barnabas also was led by them into that dissimulation.


3 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind:


5 See therefore, brethren, how you walk circumspectly: not as unwise,


1 If by any means I may attain to the resurrection which is from the dead.


7 Which are a shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ.


But be thou vigilant, labour in all things, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil thy ministry. Be sober.


2 But Tychicus I have sent to Ephesus.


If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.


0 In this is charity: not as though we had loved God, but because he hath first loved us, and sent his Son to be a propitiation for our sins.


3 Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own confusion; wandering stars, to whom the storm of darkness is reserved for ever.


And there came one of the seven angels, who had the seven vials, and spoke with me, saying: Come, I will shew thee the condemnation of the great harlot, who sitteth upon many waters,


5 And he said to me: The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are peoples, and nations, and tongues.


And they came upon the breadth of the earth, and encompassed the camp of the saints, and the beloved city.


And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes: and death shall be no more, nor mourning, nor crying, nor sorrow shall be any more, for the former things are passed away.
