4 But if the just man turn himself away from his justice, and do iniquity according to all the abominations which the wicked man useth to work, shall he live? all his justices which he hath done, shall not be remembered: in the prevarication, by which he hath prevaricated, and in his sin, which he hath committed, in them he shall die.


5 That hath not eaten upon the mountains, nor lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, and hath not defiled his neighbour's wife:


5 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing before him: for he doth according to his will, I as well with the powers of heaven, as among the inhabitants of the earth: and there is none that can resist his hand, and say to him: Why hast thou done it?


6 For thou hast kept the statutes of Amri, and all the works of the house of Achab: and thou hast walked according to their wills, that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof a hissing, and you shall bear the reproach of my people.


You know that after two days shall be the pasch, and the son of man shall be delivered up to be crucified:


9 And the disciples did as Jesus appointed to them, and they prepared the pasch.


5 And he will shew you a large dining room furnished; and there prepare ye for us.


9 For this cause also the wisdom of God said: I will send to them prophets and apostles; and some of them they will kill and persecute.


7 Peter saith to him: Why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thee.


9 And we are witnesses of all things that he did in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem, whom they killed, hanging him upon a tree.


And behold an angel of the Lord stood by him: and a light shined in the room: and he striking Peter on the side, raised him up, saying: Arise quickly. And the chains fell off from his hands.


3 And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the gaoler to keep them diligently.


But Peter said: Ananias, why hath Satan tempted thy heart, that thou shouldst lie to the Holy Ghost, and by fraud keep part of the price of the land?


LET every soul be subject to higher powers: for there is no power but from God: and those that are, are ordained of God.


Owe no man any thing, but to love one another. For he that loveth his neighbour, hath fulfilled the law.


That in all things you are made rich in him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;


For know you this and understand, that no fornicator, or unclean, or covetous person (which is a serving of idols), hath inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.


9 Against a priest receive not an accusation, but under two or three witnesses.


6 Not now as a servant, but instead of a servant, a most dear brother, especially to me: but how much more to thee both in the flesh and in the Lord?


5 Grace be with you all. Amen.


9 Which we have as an anchor of the soul, sure and firm, and which entereth in even within the veil;


But if you have respect to persons, you commit sin, being reproved by the law as transgressors.
