Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness, and patience, and longsuffering? Knowest thou not, that the benignity of God leadeth thee to penance?


4 Wherefore, dearly beloved, waiting for these things, be diligent that you may be found before him unspotted and blameless in peace.


9 And when the children of Israel saw this in the battle (for the children of Benjamin thought they fled and pursued them vigorously, killing thirty men of their army)
