7 Who said to him: Why asketh thou me concerning good? One is good, God. But if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.


And said to him: If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down, for it is written: That he hath given his angels charge over thee, and in their hands shall they bear thee up, lest perhaps thou dash thy foot against a stone.


Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins are forgiven thee: or to say, Arise, and walk?


3 And they brought to him young children, that he might touch them. And the disciples rebuked them that brought them.


According as they have delivered them unto us, who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and ministers of the word:


5 But if the unbeliever depart, let him depart. For a brother or sister is not under servitude in such cases. But God hath called us in peace.


He sent spies, and learned that he was most certainly come thither.
