8 And when he was come on the other side of the water, into the country of the Gerasens, there met him two that were possessed with devils, coming out of the sepulchres, exceeding fierce, so that none could pass by that way.


4 Then came to him the disciples of John, saying: Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but thy disciples do not fast?


AND when they were drawing near to Jerusalem and to Bethania at the mount of Olives, he sendeth two of his disciples,


And immediately looking about, they saw no man any more, but Jesus only with them.


And Jesus saith to them: Draw out now, and carry to the chief steward of the feast. And they carried it.


2 However, many of the chief men also believed in him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, that they might not be cast out of the synagogue.


2 After these things Jesus and his disciples came into the land of Judea: and there he abode with them, and baptized.


5 He was a burning and a shining light: and you were willing for a time to rejoice in his light.


6 For they heard them speaking with tongues, and magnifying God.


They therefore that were dispersed, went about preaching the word of God.
