7 And some rising up, bore false witness against him, saying:


1 No man seweth a piece of raw cloth to an old garment: otherwise the new piecing taketh away from the old, and there is made a greater rent.


0 And when he was alone, the twelve that were with him asked him the parable.


0 And he said to them: Wheresoever you shall enter into an house, there abide till you depart from that place.


2 And they all did eat, and had their fill.


4 And king Herod heard, (for his name was made manifest,) and he said: John the Baptist is risen again from the dead, and therefore mighty works shew forth themselves in him.


When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he still remained in the same place two days.


5 And I am glad, for your sakes, that I was not there, that you may believe: but let us go to him.


8 Then they led Jesus from Caiphas to the governor's hall. And it was morning; and they went not into the hall, that they might not be defiled, but that they might eat the pasch.
