Lift up thy eyes round about, and see: all these are gathered together, they are come to thee: thy sons shah come from afar, and thy daughters shall rise up at thy side.


6 But whereunto shall I esteem this generation to be like? It is like to children sitting in the market place.


2 Whose fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his floor and gather his wheat into the barn; but the chaff he will burn with unquenchable fire.


Any why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye?


7 And he said: Then, father, I beseech thee, that thou wouldst send him to my father's house, for I have five brethren,


2 They are like to children sitting in the marketplace, and speaking one to another, and saying: We have piped to you, and you have not danced: we have mourned, and you have not wept.


4 The Son of man is come eating and drinking: and you say: Behold a man that is a glutton and a drinker of wine, a friend of publicans and sinners.
