6 John answered, saying unto all: I indeed baptize you with water; but there shall come one mightier that I, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to loose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:


8 For thou hast had five husbands: and he whom thou now hast, is not thy husband. This thou hast said truly.


2 You adore that which you know not: we adore that which we know; for salvation is of the Jews.


5 The ministers therefore came to the chief priests and the Pharisees. And they said to them: Why have you not brought him?


0 In the promise also of God he staggered not by distrust; but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God:


Remember you not, that when I was yet with you, I told you these things?


2 Seest thou, that faith did co-operate with his works; and by works faith was made perfect?


5 For this is not wisdom, descending from above: but earthly, sensual, devilish.


And they came upon the breadth of the earth, and encompassed the camp of the saints, and the beloved city.

1 And the woman came to Saul (for he was very much troubled) and said to him: Behold thy handmaid hath obeyed thy voice, and I have put my life in my hand: and I hearkened unto the words which thou spokest to me.
