Yet if thou wilt arise early to God, and wilt beseech the Almighty:


3 If I say: My bed shall comfort me, and I shall be relieved speaking with myself on my couch:


Remember that thou keep holy the sabbath day.


Thou hast forsaken me, saith the Lord, thou art gone backward: and I will stretch out my hand against thee, and I will destroy thee: I am weary of entreating thee.


9 O Lord, my might, and my strength, and my refuge in the day of tribulation: to thee the Gentiles shall come from the ends of the earth, and shall say: Surely our fathers have possessed lies, a vanity which hath not profited them.


0 Shall a man make gods unto himself, and there are no gods?


3 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: As yet shall they say this word in the land of Juda, and in the cities thereof, when I shall bring back their captivity: The Lord bless thee, the beauty of justice, the holy mountain.


7 Thus saith the Lord: If the heavens above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I also will cast away all the seed of Israel, for all that they have done, saith the Lord.


And say: Thus saith the Lord God: A large eagle with great wings, long-limbed, full of feathers, and of variety, came to Libanus, and took away the marrow of the cedar.


0 And if he beget a son that is a robber, a shedder of blood, and that hath done some one of these things:


3 And the Lord answered the angel, that spoke in me, good words, comfortable words.


3 Shall not see the land for which I aware to their fathers, neither shall any one of them that hath detracted me behold it.
