4 And after he had spent all, there came a mighty famine in that country; and he began to be in want.


9 If you had been of the world, the world would love its own: but because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.


2 Behold, the hour cometh, and it is now come, that you shall be scattered every man to his own, and shall leave me alone; and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.


1 That they all may be one, as thou, Father, in me, and I in thee; that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

1 Wherefore? Because I love you not? God knoweth it.


1 And that every tongue should confess that the Lord Jesus Christ is in the glory of God the Father.


And by this we know that we have known him, if we keep his commandments.


We therefore ought to receive such, that we may be fellow helpers of the truth.


8 And the building of the wall thereof was of jasper stone: but the city itself pure gold, like to clear glass.
