2 Every one therefore that shall confess me before men, I will also confess him before my Father who is in heaven.


1 And whosoever shall swear by temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth in it:


2 And he that sweareth by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.


9 And Jesus rising up followed him, with his disciples.


0 He that is faithful in that which is least, is faithful also in that which is greater: and he that is unjust in that which is little, is unjust also in that which is greater.


5 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth that which is evil. For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.


8 He that believeth in him is not judged. But he that doth not believe, is already judged: because he believeth not in the name of the only begotten Son of God.


Then Saul, otherwise Paul, filled with the Holy Ghost, looking upon him,


Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth with the truth;


9 For God indeed was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not imputing to them their sins; and he hath placed in us the word of reconciliation.

6 But for this cause have I obtained mercy: that in me first Christ Jesus might shew forth all patience, for the information of them that shall believe in him unto life everlasting.


A faithful saying: if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.


And the things which thou hast heard of me by many witnesses, the same commend to faithful men, who shall be fit to teach others also.


James the servant of God, and of our Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.


5 But he that hath looked into the perfect law of liberty, and hath continued therein, not becoming a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work; this man shall be blessed in his deed.


My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ of glory with respect of persons.


From whence are wars and contentions among you? Are they not hence, from your concupiscences, which war in your members?


2 By Sylvanus, a faithful brother unto you, as I think, I have written briefly: beseeching and testifying that this is the true grace of God, wherein you stand.
