Do you therefore take courage, and let not your hands he weakened: for there shall be a reward for your work.


And he gathered together all Juda and Benjamin, and the strangers with them of Ephraim, and Manasses, and Simeon: for many were come over to him out of Israel, seeing that the Lord his God was with him.


Neither let my enemies laugh at me: for none of them that wait on thee shall be confounded.


2 But the Lord is my refuge: and my God the help of my hope.


6 Better is a little with the fear of the Lord, than great treasures without content,


8 A lying witness shall perish: an obedient man shall speak of victory.


They are consumed, and are broken together: they could not save him that carried them, and they themselves shall go into captivity.


For my name's sake I will remove my wrath far off: and for my praise I will bridle thee, lest thou shouldst perish.


0 Come forth out of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans, declare it with the voice of joy: make this to be heard, and speak it out even to the ends of the earth. Say: The Lord hath redeemed his servant Jacob.

THUS saith the Lord : Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my justice to be revealed.


8 But you shall be glad and rejoice for ever in these things, which I create: for behold I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, end the people thereof joy.


4 Seek ye good, and not evil, that you may live: and the Lord the God of hosts will be with you, as you have said.


1 The Lord shall be terrible upon them, and shall consume all the gods of the earth: and they shall adore him every man from his own place, all the islands of the Gentiles.


4 You are the light of the world. A city seated on a mountain cannot be hid.


Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you.


1 For the scripture saith: Whosoever believeth in him, shall not be confounded.


Now the God of patience and of comfort grant you to be of one mind one towards another, according to Jesus Christ:
