The chief butler first told his dream: I saw before me a vine,


9 Behold, all these things God worketh three times within every one.


You shall kindle no fire in any of your habitations on the sabbath day.


3 We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoils.


5 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that is wise hearkeneth unto counsels.


The wicked man when he is come into the depth of sine, contemneth: but ignominy and reproach follow him.


Arms and swords are in the way of the perverse: but he that keepeth his own soul departeth far from them.


2 If thou say: I have not strength enough: he that seeth into the heart, he understandeth, and nothing deceiveth the keeper of thy soul, end he shall render to a man according to his works.


0 To me also this secret is revealed, not by any wisdom that I have more than all men alive: but that the interpretation might be made manifest to the king, and thou mightest know the thoughts of thy mind.


But if any man shall not fall down and adore, he shall the same hour be cast into a furnace of burning fire.


0 And his disciples asked him, saying: Why then do the scribes say that Elias must come first?


1 But they threatening, sent them away, not finding how they might punish them, because of the people; for all men glorified what had been done, in that which had come to pass.


7 Having land, sold it, and brought the price, and laid it at the feet of the apostles.

4 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh in its concupiscences.


Always in all my prayers making supplication for you all, with joy;


5 So that he will not give them of the flesh of his children, which he shall eat: because he hath nothing else in the siege and the want, wherewith thy enemies shall distress thee within all thy gates.


To Titus my beloved son, according to the common faith, grace and peace from God the Father, and from Christ Jesus our Savior.


For in sight and hearing he was just: dwelling among them, who from day to day vexed the just soul with unjust works.
